Prepare your documents for initial assessment
This is an indicative list. Additional documents may be required depending on the instrument and legal circumstances.
Required records
- A completed and signed enforcement application.
- The enforceable instrument in the legally required form.
- Proof of payment of the RON 20 court stamp duty for each enforceable instrument, where payable.
- Lawyer's authority, power of attorney or delegation, as applicable.
- Available debtor identification details.
