Costs are determined for each case according to the required acts and statutory limits.
Determining costs
Fees are set within the applicable minimum and maximum limits under Minister of Justice Order No. 2550/C/2006, as subsequently amended.
The amount may depend on the claim value, procedural complexity, expected duration, workload, travel, service of documents, publicity costs and the involvement of experts or other specialists.
Individual information
For an indicative estimate, send the enforceable instrument and available information about the debtor. Actual costs are recorded in the documents issued in the enforcement case.
